13 of our talented students visited Shakespeare’s Globe for the Poetry By Heart Finale. The group included our 8 school winners who entered the national competition, along with 5 others who received special commendations for their performances.

While we didn’t have a finalist this year, we were inspired by incredible poetry performances from students across the country, plus live readings from poets AF Harrold and Kate Wakeling. A lunchtime sword-fighting demonstration on the Globe stage added even more excitement to an unforgettable day!
