The Year 11 prom, held at the picturesque Eastwood Park, was an unforgettable evening filled with glamour, excitement, and joy. Our students arrived in style, making grand entrances in a variety of lavish vehicles. Among the impressive arrivals were a hummer limousine, several tractors, and a stunning collection of classic cars, setting the tone for a night of elegance and celebration.
The festivities included a delightful array of food that catered to all tastes. Students enjoyed delicious ice cream, freshly made pizza, and a mouth-watering BBQ complete with a variety of salad options. The culinary delights added to the overall enjoyment of the evening, ensuring that everyone was well fed and happy.
Eastwood Park staff were full of praise for our students, highlighting their exceptional behaviour and politeness. Comments such as, “They are all so polite, all saying thank you” and “We have started off prom season with the best behaved students” were a testament to the maturity and courtesy displayed by our Year 11s. One staff member even remarked, “It has been a pleasure to host your school prom, the students are delightful,” reflecting the positive impression our students made.
Our students also impressed with their impeccable appearance. Dressed to the nines, they all looked dapper and radiant, with not an un-tucked shirt in sight!
The Year 11 team is immensely grateful for the opportunity to have worked closely with such a remarkable group of young people. We are proud to have played a part in their development into well-rounded, courteous young adults. As the school year comes to a close, we wish all our students a wonderful summer and look forward to seeing them on results day.
