2022 GCSE Results
Our Y11 cohort achieved the best results the school has ever had. We are delighted with the headlines, which show a considerable lift from the teacher-assessed years, not just the last exam year in 2019.
37% of all grades were awarded 7 or higher
77% of all grades were awarded 5 or higher
89% of all grades were awarded 4 or higher
73% of students achieved at least a grade 5 in both Mathematics and English

2022 A Level Results
Our A level results matched the teacher-assessed grades of the last two years and exceeded the last exam year (2019) considerably. Whilst we are extremely pleased that 20% of our grades were awarded A* and 50% A*A grades, we are more delighted to see the progress that students have made. We are looking forward to sharing individual successes with staff and current students. This includes the many stories of students who started in sets 3 and 4 at KLB and have gone on to achieve impressive A level results and are now embarking on competitive university and apprenticeship places.
