This year, over 60 students across all year groups participated as members of the orchestra or choir, with the two coming together for the first time as they played and sang Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring.
Parents, carers and others filled the church on the evening to share in a service of modern and traditional Christmas carols and music. The service was a lovely way to get into the true spirit of Christmas and to add festivity and joy to the season.
We would like to extend a special thank you to the team at St Mary’s Church and to organist, Nick Sherwood, who supported us throughout the rehearsals and the service.
