Katharine Lady Berkeley’s School is delighted with this year’s GCSE results. All key attainment measures exceeded pre-pandemic levels, reflecting the effort and resilience of both staff and students throughout lengthy periods of disruption to normal teaching.
Hannah Khan, Headteacher, said: “Although they had to navigate some difficult years, the students never faltered in their determination to succeed and are now reaping the rewards of their hard work.
“These fantastic results are a springboard for students to make informed choices about their next steps. Many plan to return to KLB Sixth Form to take advantage of our supportive environment. Others have accepted places at local colleges to follow either academic or vocational routes, or have taken up apprenticeships and employment to learn skills in a more specific field.
“We wish all our young people well throughout the next stages and thank them for the contributions they made to KLB School during Key Stages 3 and 4.”
