The art department is pleased to share a collection of striking sketchbook pages from the Art study trip to Paris. During term 4, students have had additional time to work into their sketchbooks by refining drawings, using different mediums and presenting their photographs. In Paris, students spent much of their time drawing directly from artwork, street scenes, landmarks and people; they took thousands of photographs too!

To celebrate the high quality work they have produced, we have awarded prizes for the most inspiring sketchbook in each of the following categories:

Fine Art – R Oliver
Graphic Art – H Skuse
Photography – C Simkiss

We will also awarding Highly Commended certificates to the following students:

R Hayles, L Banks, R Goodwin, W Mills, C Shute, G Clarke, C Forsdike, R Rousseau, E Cook and C Cooper Wilde.
