Our 60cm show-jumping team of Bryony Dann, Charlotte Wilson and Patrick Mason started the day off well with a team silver in this class; congratulations to Charlotte on her fifth place and Patrick on his sixth place. Well done also to Bryony for competing in her first outing for the school team. Charlotte and Patrick then competed in the next class of 70cm show-jumping class as individuals. Patrick continued his good form collecting another sixth place with a clear round in a super quick time.

The 80cm class followed with ninety plus riders. Our best placed rider in this class was Tilly Dowsing with a clear round and a respectable time. Unfortunately our team of Iona Griffiths, Ellie Stimpson, India Griffiths and Tilly Dowsing did not feature in the placing against some stiff opposition.Louisa Cartwright then competed in both class 4 and 5. Tilly Dowsing joined Louisa in Class 5, jumping 1m. Louisa was very impressive in class 5, gaining a clear round in a fast time. This meant she was placed in third place, with Tilly just out of the placings.

More success came in the dressage arena where our riders were very impressive in the Prelim 12 Test, taking on numerous independent schools. On the day our team of Tilly Dowsing, India Griffiths, Eve McFarland and Ellie Stimpson triumphed, impressing the judges and taking first place over Cheltenham College in second place. Iona Griffiths also did exceptionally well on her new horse. All of our riders scored over an impressive 65%. India achieved an exceptional score of over 75%.
